Our website and quote tool is designed for easy self-service to be used by customers anywhere in the United States. For customers less comfortable navigating and ordering online, we have a team of dedicated, trained, customer service representatives who can ask specific questions to understand your needs, analyze and discuss with you all options available, and help process your order for internet services. It is our goal to make your broadband service shopping experience quick and easy.

How Broadband Union works
Two items of information are required to obtain quotes from Broadband Union; a landline telephone number and email address. Once this information is entered into the quote tool on our website, our database is searched to determine which providers and special promotions are available in the specific geographic area at the time of the inquiry. Within seconds, we return a list of service providers available to the location entered as well as all special offers available only to customers who subscribe through Broadband Union. Since we have relationships with most broadband carriers - and do not simply represent one carrier, we provide an unbiased and uncompromised side-by-side listing of the internet services available. We provide everything needed to make an informed decision. Once our user decides which service meets his needs and budget, we even provide the tool to order these services without ever leaving our website!

At Broadband Union, we believe in giving back to our communities and in finding ways to help as many organizations as possible. We currently provide a service for non-profit organizations to use Broadband Union as a fundraising tool. With our national networks and vast supplier relationships, we are able to provide non-profits with the ability to raise funds at the local, regional, state-wide or national levels. With Broadband Union, Fundraisers can be simple and are quick and easy to implement.

How the Fundraiser Option Works
A non-profit organization wishing to use Broadband Union as a fundraiser, would simply contact us to set up a special account. A special landing page associated with your organization would be established, and your fundraising team would pass out this web link to friends and family of your organization. Then, anyone who goes to your specific site within Broadband Union to purchase internet services would accomplish two things: they would get the best prices for the best services available to them; and they would make a contribution to your organization. Through this program, Broadband Union would donate a set fee to your organization for all the broadband service orders placed through your organization's special site! On a monthly basis, a check for all orders placed through your site would then be sent to your organization.

We are in the process of expanding this service and would like to hear from non-profit organizations interested in increasing contributions with no financial cost to the organization and no increase in volunteer hours.
